On Saturday, Bend Fire & Rescue crews responded to a report of a small camper that was on fire on Hunnell Road. The pickup-style camper was fully engulfed when crews arrived. They were able to quickly put the fire out without it spreading. The total loss is estimated at $1,500. Nobody was in the camper when it burned, and the fire was determined to be accidental… related to smoking inside the camper.
