La Grande Code Enforcement Officer Erin Dickhausen is the city’s Employee of the Quarter. City Manager Robert Strope presented Erin with the award at a ceremony that was recently held at the police department, saying that Erin has continually proven herself to be invaluable to the city. Strope said she is frequently dealing with challenging situations and he commended her for her positive attitude, her work ethic, and willingness to take on whatever she needs to in order to get the job done.
