The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife is making a move to allow fishing to be a big part of your three-day Presidents Weekend plans. Everyone can fish, clam, and crab for free in Oregon this Saturday and Sunday, February 18th and 19th. No license is required those two days, and the offer is good for both Oregon residents and nonresidents alike. All other fishing regulations apply including closures, bag limits, and size restrictions. A reminder though, razor clamming is closed along the entire Oregon coast due to biotoxin levels.
