A single vehicle crash Monday evening just after 7:30, claimed the life of a Baker City man. Oregon State Police say it happened on Hwy 7, near milepost 44.5, in Baker County. Police say 50 year old Jason Dexter was driving a pickup truck, when it left the road, hit a rock wall, and then rolled over. Police say Dexter was not wearing a seatbelt and was partially ejected from the vehicle, then pinned under the truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
