A domestic disturbance in La Grande lead to the arrest of 25-year-old Donald Sommerville after he was accused of attacking a woman. La Grande Police say Sommerville… who also is known as ‘Eric’… was on probation and was prohibited from having contact with the victim at the time. Sommerville was taken into custody, and then taken to the Union County Jail. He faces charges now including burglary; strangulation; assault; menacing; harassment; contempt of Court; and interfering with Making a Report.
