A death investigation is underway in Deschutes County. The sheriff’s office and Oregon State Police responded to a home in Redmond, where they discovered that 45 year old Trevit Law of Redmond, had been shot. Law was pronounced dead at the scene. 32 year old Skyler Myers of Redmond was named as the suspect, and he was tracked down after a multi-agency effort. Myers suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was taken to St. Charles Medical Center where he later was pronounced dead. The investigation remains active.
