A man from North Carolina is headed to federal prison for more than 16 years for sexually exploiting an Oregon child using social media. 32 year old Andrew Tager of Greensboro, North Carolina was sentenced to 195 months in federal prison and 15 years’ supervised release. Prosecutors say it all began back in May 2018, when Tager was 28 years old. They say he posed as a female and began communicating with a then-10-year-old Oregon child. As part of his sentence, Tager must also register as a sex offender.
