Recent vaping activity reported at Cove High School has prompted school officials to close the campus effective today, and until November 1st. It means from now to the end of the month, grade 9-12 students will not be allowed to leave campus, and will not be allowed to go to their vehicles during the school day. Parents are being told that if their student typically leaves campus for lunch, you should have them bring a lunch with them or they can access lunch at the cafeteria. The school will take another look at the situation on November 1st.
