Oregon State Police from the Ontario Area Command pulled over an SUV for dangerous and erratic driving behavior on U.S. Highway 95 near milepost 1. The driver showed signs of impairment and the Trooper observed signs of other criminal activity. The driver consented to field sobriety tests and then was taken into custody for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. A search of the vehicle then turned up a loaded gun and cocaine. A passenger was then taken also into custody. Now, 49 year old Scott Anderson of Costa Mesa, California… the driver, and his passenger, 46 year old Jacob Flora from Huntington Beach, California are behind bars facing a string of charges.
