Governors Unite to Urge Feds to Drop Military Vax Mandate

A group of more than 20 Republican governors have sent a joint letter to congressional leaders opposing a COVID-19 vaccine mandate on members of the U.S. Armed Forces. The letter asks that they oppose the mandate from Joe Biden’s administration that was issued in August of 2021. They say the mandate is unnecessary, and they point to the fact that Biden himself said so on September 18th, when he said ‘The pandemic is over.’ Governor Brad Little of Idaho is one of the 21 governors who signed the letter, which comes after 47 members of Congress asked for a similar move to remove the mandate in September.
